Modalities

You may request or your therapist may suggest a combination of the following:  

Massage Therapy
• Swedish massage
• Trigger Point therapy
• Deep Tissue massage

Quantum Touch- This is a hands-on healing system that utilizes universal life force energy to assist oneself and others heal physical and emotional issues. Learn More

Jin Shin Jyutsu- This gentle healing art is applied over clothing with the client comfortably lying down. Learn More

Cranio-sacral- This is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system.

Reflexology- Reflexology is the application of pressure, stretch and movement to the feet and hands to effect corresponding parts of the body. Learn More

Pregnancy Massage- The benefits of this massage include an increase in circulation, a decrease in swelling, a strengthening of the immune system & the reduction of pain and discomfort.

Fees & Schedules

All modality sessions are priced as below:  

• $35.00     30 minutes
• $65.00     60 minutes
• $90.00     90 minutes
• $120.00   120 minutes

My therapy hours are:

• Monday - Friday     9:00am - 6:00pm
• Saturday               8:00am - 1:00pm
